Classroom #2 is in Las Vegas, Nevada, and it serves K-2nd graders. Nearly every student comes from low-income households.

I periodically like to do these calls for $$ because they are a direct action with direct impact.

They're also great because even if you cannot donate cash, you can boost the projects. That boosting matters, as they get these stories on other people's radars and remind them of what public ed IS.
