maybe the *timing* is influenced by things like Epstein and flagging polls numbers (that's possible) but it's been a longstanding goal of the US (both MAGA and neocons) to control oil and rare-earths, etc. Iran and Venez combined have 33% of the worlds known oil reserves.

The only positive in this horrific situation is that Venezuelans will absolutely resist. Venezuela is the land where Bolivar was born -- land of resistance. And this will become a quagmire that will absolutely consume and destroy his presidency.

That is what they said about Hitler. That his "rhetoric" against the Jews was a distraction and chum for the masses. Not distraction but core policy. Trump is going after TPS and green card holders, legal Somalian residents. He wants to do an ethnic cleansing of non-whites, large scale.

Isn't everyone missing the obvious here? Right wing terror might be down because they are happy they have power now. But also, lots of the right wing terror is being done by Trump's state terror. But it's not being called "terror" now, just "government policy".

Bottom line: The biggest threat to America is TRump for tearing to shreds a good plan with Iran because it was done by a black man and you can't have that. And two, he is the biggest threat to our constitution and economy. So no Chris Mathews, lining up behind truck is not "pro america"! IDIOT!

3)Trump's bombing was idiotic because it reinforces number 2, strengthens hardliners within the Iranian regime and 3 it was ill-timed (gave Iran plenty of time to get rid of their centrifuges +enrich Uranium to other sites and other countries (i.e. Russia).

2) Iran then immediately, post 2018 begin making gas centrifuges and making enriched uranium! If you corner, sanction and bomb a country, they will turn to nukes as a DETERENCE and BARGAINING CHIP.

1) It was Trump in 2018 he destroyed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, which included CHina, Russia, UK, Germany etc even though his secretary of state, National Security Advisor and other high security officials told him to support it and Iran was in compliance! Because it was an Obama deal!
