She almost made Trump appear to be of sound mind today. It was jaw-droppingly terrible. Just when you thought she couldn’t get any more off-her-trolley. Still, Starmer had fun, once he’d got over the torture of having to deal with her again.

You should try Leeds City Station, now that is a nightmare. Drop off/pickup point fenced off & not accessible (for no conceivable reason), taxis & public forced into a tiny loop (about room for 40 cars usually swallowed up by taxis who don’t even pick up from the station). One small road in & out!

Do like a Claire North read too (one of the few other science fiction authors my dad finds readable, you are also on that list). He tries to keep up with my reads (and my brothers when he was around) but gets lost in the science bit.

Definitely concur on Stephen Lawhead. I devoured his Arthurian books as a kid in the 80’s (along with William Gibson and William Horwood at that age). But I ain’t no author, I just make very long Social Media posts 🤣😂

We have two covering our village. One, as you describe, the other is awesome and works her socks off to offer the best service. 95% of the time I get the latter thankfully.
