To change your mature content settings, you will have to use the web version. Sign in at bsky.app. To access the content filter preferences, navigate to moderation. Click on content filtering. You can update your preferences accordingly.
To enable mature content, navigate to bsky.app on the web and sign in. Mature content cannot be enabled in-app. On the left side of the screen, click on the Moderation button. Inside the Moderation menu, click on "Content Filtering" near the top. The "Content Filtering" icon has an eye on it. In the Content Filtering menu, you can toggle "Enable Adult Content" on or off entirely. You can also adjust what mature content is displayed to you when using Bluesky. Click "Done" on the bottom when your settings are changed to your preference.

To pin the feeds to your UI, navigate to the feeds option. Tap the gear in the top right, then tap on on the pin icon. To change where it shows up on the UI, tap and hold on the three bars next to the feed to move it up and down. The further up it is, the more to the left it will be.
To pin the feed to your home page, navigate to your home page, navigate to your home page, navigate to the three bars/menu at the top left corner of your screen. From the menu, tap the "My Feeds" button with the satellite icon. From inside of the "My Feeds" menu, tap on the gear icon in the top right corner. In the "Edit My Feeds" menu, you can tap the "Pin" icon to the right of the feed you want on your Home Screen. It should turn from grey to blue. You can then drag the feed up or down using the three lines on the left based on your preference.

To add the feed(s) to your feeds, go the the feeds listed on the righthand side of our profile. Then, tap on one of the feeds. In the top right corner you will see an option, highlighted in blue, to add it to your feeds. Tap on it to do so.
From the @residentevilfeed profile, navigate to the "Feeds" tab on the right side of the screen. From the "Feeds" tab, tap on the feed you would like to add to your home page. In the feeds page, tap on the "+ Add to My Feeds" near the right corner of the screen.

Hi there! This a fan-run account dedicated to Resident Evil content on Bluesky. This thread will explain the feeds and how they work. TL;DR: You can post to the feeds using #ResidentEvil . There are currently two feeds:

Hot Feed: bsky.app/profile/did:...
