Hosted at Anna Freud for the day, the event delved into the ReSET Project and our results, as well as touching upon school-related topics such as developmental language disorder, social networks and bullying.

OCD Self-Care / Coping Strategies

Mind (buff.ly/VW4iyFt) have some brilliant, and scientifically informed, self-care coping strategies for OCD. We particularly liked these three strategies, as they are not only useful for coping with OCD but also managing general wellbeing (very on-topic for us!).

Introducing Dr Tom Wu a post-doctoral research fellow on ReSET.

Tom’s role focuses on our social network analysis – mapping the relationships and dynamics between the young people we’ve worked with. He assisted with data collection, cleaning, and analysing.
