Yeah ok, I did read the article. It just wasn't entirely clear to me if it added anything new to the CT formula or it was basically a rehash.

As someone who doesn't know anything about touhou but is a big fan of the captain tsubasa games, is this worth playing? Or are all mechanics borrowed from those games?

This is the first time I see someone reference Lacroix Despheres, they are pretty neat!
But I think the real Alucard would have to be Kamijo.
