Little late for Lent purists, but for the rest of us, these are things worth giving up starting today and for as long as possible, imo, whether you observe Lent or not.

Even Wikipedia has it. (Thought it was just talk by media heads. Didn’t know myself it was a formally named Russian strategy.)

It does matter. Law is based on provable fact. If you can’t show convincing evidence of it, it legally did not happen. You can still believe a promise was made, but it cannot be legally enforced.
