Learned more about my pelvic floor & perimenopause than I had ever learned before
Luz Medicine hosted a conference titled Connections in Women’s Health, to talk about female anatomy & systems. Especially appreciated hearing from a UPMC surgeon & obgyn about the ever-changing landscape of the uterus.

🇵🇷Happy Puerto Rican Heritage Week🇵🇷 Norman Bristol Colón and Olga Negrón inspired a full Capitol crowd with stories of Puerto Rican joy, history, and sacrifice. I’m always amazed by the USA’s rich diversity of backgrounds, language, and love of country.

What a treat to join the ScoutReach fundraiser at Bert & The Elephant on East King! This program gives kids in rural and urban areas a chance to experience scouting. Guest bartending with local leaders wasn’t what I expected as a State Rep 😂 but I’m proud to support youth leadership!

As a parent, I wanted to learn everything about caring for my newborns. Pennsylvania once screened newborns for Gaucher’s Disease but stopped in 2020. Rep. Salisbury’s bill (HB1652) would restore this test, helping families detect the disease early and plan treatment as children grow.

Many thanks to International Paper in Manheim Township for inviting me to their table at the PA Chamber Dinner! Gen. David Petraeus & Shaq were incredible—two very different leaders united by respect & empowerment. And Cody Sabol’s live finger painting of Shaq? Unreal! 🎨🔥
