We’ve been vacationing at this same spot on Lake Huron for the last dozen years or so, just outside Mackinac city at the top of Michigan’s lower peninsula. If you’ve never been up here before, you should put it on your list — it’s the perfect spot.

So proud of my son (center back of photo) who was sworn into the U. S. Air Force this morning and is now headed for basic training.
