Iowa workers have earned required sick leave. Last year, I proposed a bill to require employers to provide at least 10 days of medical leave per year. I am doing the work to ensure Iowans are protected.

This year, we secured paid parental leave for state workers, which was an important step forward. Now it's time to make sure every family in Iowa has the same opportunity to bond and care for their new child.
