MN's transpo system is financially unsustainable. Stats compared to other states:
- 4th largest road network despite being
- 12th in size
- 23rd in population
- metro road growth is in areas w/o the density & therefore property tax revenue capacity to maintain them

The bad climate provision was thankfully removed from the bill, but I still could not support it. The funding cuts required in transportation were inequitable, and we missed an important opportunity to build the transit system our region needs.
