The state budget has finally passed. As with any budget in a divided legislature, this one is a compromise, but this long overdue and urgently needed plan invests in our schools, strengthens our workforce and supports working families across the commonwealth.

I am deeply concerned by reports that voters in Chester County were omitted from poll books during voting on Tuesday, November 4. According to county officials, the issue affected third-party and newly registered voters and was discovered shortly after polls opened.
