To request your replacement benefits, contact your local County Assistance Office within 10 days of when the disaster occurred and complete & upload the replacement affidavit form saying how much food you lost.

Their work is crucial & unfortunately the most recent federal budget didn't include grant dollars that our friends at Mitzvah Circle depend on to keep their program going. We are participating in this Southeast delegation-wide donation drive now through July 18th.
