I wonder if CARICOM will ever make this issue a priority 🤔

Let’s not forget that private industry actors may offer grants with their own agenda

Maybe it’s time for our regional governments to act…otherwise the cycle continues and it can lead to very biased research being done that may not be a priority for our actual needs
