2️⃣ Second, increase eviction prevention funds. This funding was cut by 50% during the last legislative session despite the growing need to support people at risk of losing their homes and being uprooted from their communities.

1️⃣ First, pass Good Cause Eviction. Otherwise landlords of furloughed federal workers will just non-renew the lease and there is no protection in state law right now.
