True followers may know that Konove is mimicking her (outdated) ref sheet. with slight modifications to her design. Chibi design is on 1:1 head/body proportion type. There is no budget for a fancier render.

Suggested some time ago by a cool person. Good suggestion. I am not biased.
Sonja from Advance Wars. Despite the green uniform, she is part of the Golden Commet faction (the yellow ones). Did you know: The western release of the games for the DS localized her by removing the glasses, which I think is an extreme disservice and the only actual warcrime in the game. Thankfully, the developers corrected this mistake in the newer releases. 4 hours on this without counting the 3 previous failed attempts. I tried a background but I didn't like it.

Konove sitting on the grass (again) but in a different pose. Disconnected from the network, though. The Monitor-type labcoats have the distinctive feature of two antennae that extend outwards (and inwards) and loop around the shoulders. This is to avoid data being affected by the user's body heat and static. The internal wiring does measures the user. Of course, they are strong enough to pull the user by the straps, and an emergency detach can be found under the hood. Please wear the labcoat properly at all times and do not snag it under the shoulders.

This outfit is so full of frills it got me pulling up the unconventional tactics
"Unconventional tactics" refer to the use of methods outside of the usual sketch-lineart-base color-light+shade. in this case, I paint everything in one layer while paying close attention to the outline, in hopes to continue with the usual method later on. Eye is painted as placeholder, and I will refine it later, depending on how much time I have.

time for character design ver.3 (WIP)
Name is yet to be decided, but all my previous characters have a placeholder, so this one is "Soda". PS: Did you know? Konove's placeholder was "Green"; referring to her green eyes which was originally going to be the only splash of green on the design. In the end, the color Green ended up being a core aspect of the character. I will elaborate on this topic when I release "About Konove's Design Vol.1" PS2: Did you know? I currently have other two for "blue" and "orange" aswell, and they only exist as paper drawings, so don't miss it!
