My self care ritual.
Walk around house on all fours, Smiff random things I haven't sniffed before, bark, paw at owner (maybe get belly rubs), lay on owners bed (naughty!), take puppy nap in bed (or floor if owner is being mean), wake up, do puppy stretch and maybe get a treat

Always helps.

A horse-bat adventurer opens a chest in a dungeon to find a pristine set of armor, a direct upgrade for his current near-destroyed set! “Oh, sweet! Perfect timing, too. Something’s coming this way.” As he equips the armor, tentacles begin to seep out from it… “…is it just me, or is this getting… softer?” All of a sudden, the “armor” springs to life, surging out and changing its goopy shape while the adventurer looks on in surprise. It binds his hands, wings, mouth and eyes, filling every hole he has, making it impossible to move on his own—and then, a shadow appears over him. “…hmm? Poor thing… you got trapped and confused, huh? Here…” She snaps her fingers, and all of the pet’s thoughts wash away. “There we go! No more worries, right, toy?” The witch begins to lead him away, his bound body fully on display, a newly-formed plug in his ass vibrating nonstop. “Alright, new pet, let’s go home~”
