The theme isn't brought up with Tojima and Yuriko but in the manga Shimamura brothers actually dislike the Heisei riders. Ichiyo thinks that they're frauds and Mitsuba that are too flashy.
Curiously they removed Ichiyo's line about that in the anime and probably gonna happen the same with Mitsuba.

Respecto a la traducción, realmente no hay tanto fansub dedicado a los mangas de Kamen Rider como uno podría pensar. Si Kamen Rider Spirits que teóricamente es más grande que este no está ni completo al inglés, es difícil esperar que alguien tome el de Tojima.

Respecto a la traducción, realmente no hay tanto fansub dedicado a los mangas de Kamen Rider como uno podría pensar. Si Kamen Rider Spirits que teóricamente es más grande que este no está ni completo al inglés, es difícil esperar que alguien tome el de Tojima.
El anime probablemente seguirá manteniendo esta tendencia de cambiar el orden en que están presentados los eventos, pero definitivamente no son agregados.

No es que hayan agregado. Es que han puesto contenido que va después mucho antes.
La escena de Tojima en la escuela es un flashback que en el manga va en 32. Y Mitsuba contando su historia realmente en el manga iba hasta después de lo que va a pasar en el siguiente cap del anime.

Cut from the anime too: He was raised by a nun and a Father (that's why Duo dresses like a priest). But after shit tons of tragedies, he himself stopped believing in God and thought himself as a "God of Death" that carries disgrace wherever he goes.
