The European Court of Auditors has just released a timely review of past #EUCohesionPolicy, contributing to the dialogue around the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF).

Not surprising neither uplifting to see the term #cohesionpolicy for a long time appearing on German TV News yesterday. Using cohesion funds to finance EU defence is a dangerous and ‘slippery slope’ for Europe.

So, do not count on anything, both EU funding systems and priorities will change. My key takeaway from our event on the urban dimension in the future #EUcohesionpolicy. A great turn out highlights the commitment to making the urban dimension and policy agenda for #cities - work despite all changes.
