I always wondered what I would do if an asteroid was gonna hit. When Tik Tok went dark, I went out scream singing More than a Feeling with trivia friends. So maybe that’s close to my answer. I can only hope.

It seems quite telling that the people who are calling for bridge building and unification after the election don’t have the tools, plans, skills, or courage to build these bridges, walk across them a few times to make sure they are structurally sound— they expect the bridge to get built by others.
