Ended my day visiting this dynamic duo at Meramec Heights Elementary. Principal Jason Bahr and Asst. Principal Jeremy Conley showed me all of the great new spaces and shared their plans to make the most of them for their school community. Impressive! Enjoyed my visit and great conversation! #mlds

Enjoyed visiting Shellie Manes at Sherwood Elementary this afternoon! She’s new to the building but has such great relationships with students and staff already. She couldn’t walk anywhere without being stopped for hugs.

Great way to start the day at Mehlville High School visiting AP Sarah Gray and got to visit with all 3 Women of Mehlville! What a great team! This entire admin team has great relationships with students and teachers. Mehlville is definitely a family environment. I always enjoy my visits here!

Enjoying working with this talented group of aspiring administrators Tuesday night. We discussed the importance of quality teaching and the role of high quality feedback. We also discussed the role of psychological safety in difficult conversations and some ways to achieve that! Great group!
