I was watching a TikTok clip of an interracial NC couple and the spouse was Punjabi with a distinct southern accent.
It reminded me of my mom’s family. My second cousins grew up in Pasadena, TX and they had some serious Texan accents.

My friend recommended The Queen’s Code by Alison Armstrong so I bought a bundle of three e-books. I started with the first book, Keys to the Kingdom. If it was a physical book, I would have already thrown it across the room several times. I want to know what makes the author an expert.

I started using gochujang and gochugaru to make pork belly with spinach and Japanese sweet potatoes. It’s so tasty! Today, I substituted tofu for the pork belly. Just as tasty and maybe tastier just cuz the pork belly can be rich.
