In another platform I watched reels on this lady who had pet jumping spiders. Not a spider fan but I really loved the different personalities they showed. I brought my outdoor fairy house in for winter and gained a house jumping spider!💕

Short run after my diverticulosis flare up. Felt good but decided I needed new shoes. I’m a Brooks girl!! Can’t wait for my next run now!!

Well runs are on hold a while! Diverticulitis got me. Looks like I got some time to focus on fast walks and weights!🤷🏻♀️. Getting old sucks! But I will embrace it and make the best of the journey!!

Gourdy pumpkin run is fast approaching for Ohio. Here is to yet another beautiful run morning. Today was a short run 1.5 miles with a 2.6 fast walk finish. Just perfect!!
