I am reflecting on my first anniversary in transitioning with hormones.

Wild blooms break through stone and dust.
I rise, bold and free.

I have to admit it feels quite surreal, for being euphoric for being in the midst of my transition while the world around us, trans people, seems to be turning the clock back to the Middle Ages. — It makes me defiand. Now more than ever.

When I experienced it for myself: Kink is political.

Earlier this year Beirutmidnight and I had to cancel a Shibari performance taking place in Beirut because it got banned by the Lebanese minister of interior himself (partly, because I’m trans).

So we did it in Berlin instead at Karada House.
This is a black and white still of our Shibari bondage performance. Beirutmidnight is in a rope suspension while I am sitting underneath her on the floor. My hand is touching her shoulder, and maybe also her heart. Only she can tell. There are flowers places on the floor in a circle around us.

I have never found submission to be weak or humiliating. I contrary feel particularly self-confident when I can surrender and show myself to be vulnerable.

Been more active here over the past few days and am really enjoying the playfulness unfolding on Bluesky. There’s something nostalgic about being able to share butts again and freely use words like sex, kink, and BDSM without getting punished.

Impressions of a Hashira Session in Yukimura Style from Murasaki Haruan’s Weekend Workshop at Karada House.

The emotions I felt during the demos and exercises are still resonating within me.
In tied to a pole with ropes around my chest. Murasaki is standing ext to me teaching my reactions. I am now tied on the ground with suspension lines attached to two poles. One leg is raised and my crotch is exposed with its white panties. Murasaki is handling my leg. My body is now twisted tongue ground with the chest on the floor and on leg angled upwards. Murasaki is untying the leg while I am gagged with a clove. I am now leaning backward towards on of the poles while Murasaki unties my upper body. I am still gagged with the cloth having my eyes closed. I look very tender and spaced out.
