I see `🔕 Alert sound off` and can't tell if its state (sound is off?) or action (turn it off?). States belong to systems. Actions are for users. Don't mix them! Rule: say what the state *is*, and use actions (=verbs!) for what happens *next*.

It took 24 hours to realise that I forgot to pipe a single `yes` into the build command for generating lexicons. I checked many lines of code before this. #Lanyards ALPHA is one step closer to going live, but I also hate myself now.

"L'enfer, c'est les autres" 😆 I found a guilt-free mix of muting+blocking can do a LITTLE, but building granular lists and feeds can do a LOT (or at least it did for me) to dial my exposure to the firehose of shit up or down.

I've been dreaming about Lanyard for more than 2 years but I had neither the skills nor the right platform to make it actually happen. I failed MANY times to get to this point. #ATproto was the missing ingredient.
