For both reading and commentary? Depends on your crew, but I'd be tempted to add a little buffer in to give people time to think about it (or have things come up).
If 100k takes 3-4 weeks, maybe 5-6 weeks for 190k? Might be worth checking the chapter-per-day ratio, too.
