Ah~ it’s Italy? I’m from VA, but if I remember correctly, McD’s tries their best to customise the menu in order to suit the taste of whatever region the restaurant’s in. They would NEED to have options like this in order for McD’s to even *have a chance* in Italy of all places 🤣
