Not quite finished listening, but surprised not to hear semi-weekly, etc.

I added the “lowercase” chip to our ][+. I recall having an 80-column mode for some apps — maybe VisiCalc — but I’m not certain.

Once you make it a habit, it’s only a single gesture.

I haven’t put the beta on a Mac yet, but my understanding is that the gesture (and key) for Launchpad opens Spotlight to the App view. I presume that typing to filter will work similarly to Launchpad, which is my primary pattern for launching apps. So I’m optimistic that nothing will be lost.

Read the story and it seems quite tilted by Live, which I have almost zero interest in. How do you feel if you set that aside?

For me, my primary usage patterns are to start a show from Continue Watching, double-click-Home to switch to recent apps, or just tell Siri what app or content I want.

You do get contents in search, if you have that enabled. Per app.

I use it regularly and it works well. If a show appears without anyone having played it, it’s typically because it got autoplayed by the providing service.

I’ve been saving up stuff to watch on Netflix for when I eventually resubscribe. This makes that day likely to occur sooner.

In principle, this seems fine, but I’m not sure the NFL in particular plays enough games. Or against enough other teams.
