In French, usually brands are proper nouns so we don't use articles (just "ChatGPT") and we will use the "masculine neural" for gender agreements ("ChatGPT est américain"). But the word "intelligence" is feminine so AI in general is gendered to the feminine ("La nouvelle IA de ChatGPT").
