“Truth!”

I couldn’t tell you exactly why, but this picture of my hand I took makes me looks like a Simpson.

Also, my home courts, SDNY’s/EDNY’s cover sheets have a separate field for this specifically because relatedness doesn’t quite fit. Does NDIL have that question?

At least if we take precedent seriously, this is… not a threat.

Yes; it’s unhinged. But it is exactly the kind of speech SCOTUS has consistently said is neither imminent nor threatening. It’s saying someone should do something LATER. You can’t distinguish it from Brandenburg’s “revengence.”

This understates how bananas the citation is.

This citation format suggests ChatGPT published something that was called “What does monkey ass mean?” But following the permalink, there is a kind of low quality screenshot of a chat log, not titled, but with that text in the chat.

OH HEY.

Literally in one of these sanctions decisions, someone saying a paralegal could do the research in responding.

Okay now, this is just confusing.

Just got a mug from my favorite cafe to just hang at and talk with friends.

Do I want to know what they did to this sage, if it’s “rubbed” not rubbed?

I, Garrett, and only I wish you well in my slogan.

Here’s one from today. It’s…. Authentic, we SWEAR.

Not to immediately go off script, but these two signs just amuse me a lot.

I am trying to find Content from my undifferentiated photo roll and it’s taking a bit.

I’ve long thought about making a purpose made account for this. I adore/hate signs with weird things “in quotes.” Something about the words in quotes being an implied slogan just GETS ME.

I’m just going to start a thread, and intermittently add ones I find.

It’s great to get a wonderful decision on a truly dumb SLAPP.

It’s even better when opposing counsel decides to IMMEDIATELY demonstrate an inability to use basic reading comprehension and show why hours on a fee application might be high.

Wow, this is trash.

Google is just leaning in to the fact that the real use case for AI is cheating on homework (although math is probably the worst application of it).

(Also wrong, since there’s no squiggly equals sign)

A swing and a misssss.

I’m going to try to do the same for this follow up hearing. Here’s the dial in if anyone wants it.

Most interesting thing to me here is both Plaintiffs (in their opp) and the Court skipped over the elision DOJ and their witness did here.

The declaration strongly implied they would read a grant as allowing a pause to continue (which is not permitted by the grant/law).
