you need to activate TPM protocol on your motherboard BIOS, you can test here : go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?link... if he's activate or not. Versions > 21H2 need to have PTM protocol activate (i think). Since i activate this one the windows PC health check say everything is ok (french screenshot)
