Also, in case I didn't clarify this well, a bot behind the labeler will only review an account when a post/account is reported to the labeler.
e.g., images below: 1) when an account does not meet the threshold & doesn't get labelled, and 2) when an account exceeds the threshold & gets labelled.

Scrolling on your phone in public is nice... until someone (chronically) doesn't tag their NSFW content!
