I've spent years telling myself I've wasted my time being a chef and why try to do my own thing because I suck. Now I'm putting my own food out there at this restaurant and people love it, so what's the excuse now? Cowardice disguised as an inferiority complex. #cheflife

I almost wish I had pictures of all the ones like this one that I've pondered in between orders or shifts at restaurants.

Had my first issues with the brewzilla gen4 during yesterday's brewday.
This is the first time I've had issues with my pump and pipework clogging, I ended up having to dump the wort along with all the trub and hop matter into the fermenter. I unblocked it during cleaning. Not sure what failed.
