Complete insanity. I was talking to someone about how the VA firings was hurting the care my combat disabled husband receives and they kept telling me, with total conviction, that Trump will reverse it all once he sees how much it's hurting people 🙄😐

The Facebook page for my local paper typically gets 1-2 comments per post. If it's something related to this administration, it's flooded with 50+ clearly targeted comments trying to undermine the story. I'd believe the questioning of this thread if it didn't have the same vibe.

As someone who works with Corporate DEI programs, the ones that have "canceled" their DEI only renamed the program, usually something with "Belonging" (Walmart, Sam's, etc) The companies that agree to the DEI evaluation all found that it was financially beneficial to keep it (Home Depot).

You know who knows that May is Mil Appreciation Month? Every company with a DEI program. Because they send notes of thanks and gifts to their Veteran and Active Duty Employees in recognition.
