I should be drawing something fall-related but instead we get this sketch because it’s comfy-cozy.

When someone commented "I love this so much!!!" on the sketch, I knew I had to give it color and finish the drawing. 🐦🦦🐊

Today I learned you can “borrow” books online and I used this knowledge to grab two pages from Michael Bedard’s “Sitting Ducks” (From someone else’s copy of the same edition I own physically). You all should find yourselves delightful things to read.

Lately I've found myself sketching ideas and leaving them alone for a bit. Sometimes I'll get the sudden inspiration to draw it later on, and some of my favorite drawings started out as things I didn't fully figure out at first before working on and finishing later.

An example of "Just get it done first, you can make it perfect later". The original was a rough colored sketch I thought about sharing but I didn't. Some weeks later I revisited the pose, changed it up, added another character, and still roughly got the same feel as the original.

Imagine its 1995 and you're out of school and drawing in Mario Paint on your Super Nintendo. Now imagine its 2025 and you're out of work and drawing in Mario Paint on your Nintendo Switch 2. People who can draw really well with a mouse have my respect!

Reflecting on the message I left for Undertale Memories. Around this time I began opening up more and talking to new people when I normally would have kept to myself. I figured things couldn't get worse, so why not try for better? Even with the ups and downs between now and then, it was a good call.

Kris, where the heck are we?

Just kidding, seeing everyone else draw pixel portraits in this style made me want to give it a try too.

Saw one of those "draw your character from multiple angle " exercises and gave it a try. I'm not the best at drawing with consistency though. ⬆️↗️➡️↘️🐊

Making it to the weekend should be a reason to treat yourself. 🦤🍻🐦

Spent a week hanging out with friends in chat and catching videogame speedruns. The coziness of hanging out and watching and playing games is the best. 🎮🐊

There's a difference between having a soft spot for birds and being a soft spot for a bird.

Sometimes I'll make small doodles on sticky notes and discover them later and I also sometimes use them in future art. Usually they're meant to test the quality of the stationery but getting ideas for later is an added bonus!

Just found out about make a terrible comic day so I made one for you all. Happy make a terrible comic day, everyone!

I just made the silliest purchase. It's a stamp that leaves behind this sparkle pattern so you can make any doodle or pose drawn on paper look extra glamorous.

I stumbled upon a paper on alligators and found this diagram. It's related to how many times alligators touched faces against eachother while they were courting with eachother.

This profile view of an alligator is gorgeous.
