open gmail > hamburger menu top left > settings > general settings > uncheck open web links in gmail!
not sure if other apps have the same option though

They've mentioned that you will be able to link Steam GW1 accounts to Steam GW2 accounts. But not Anet GW1 accounts to Steam GW2 accounts, or Steam GW1 accounts to Anet GW2 accounts.
