Oh I loved it. Not only did it introduce the world to Jessica Alba, but also Jensen Ackles.

That's what I figured, the original came out at just the right time. Riding the wave of the late 90's/early 00's teen film/tv craze. It fit perfectly within the WB ranks of shows like Buffy, Charmed and even Dawson's. Can't really capture a moment in time like that anymore.

Nah, the original was such a big part of my youth I just couldn't see a reboot doing it justice.
