I'm settling in to retirement. Flight alerts set for California and South Carolina so I can pop in for weekends with my niece and nephew and their families.

Taking a big leap to celebrate my birthday- a mystery trip planned by Journee. I won't know my destination until a few days before departure. I am planning on opening the packet when I reach JFK!

My Mom was a smart, sweet silly inspiration. Within a year of this picture, she was gone. Grief for me, means thinking of her every day, missing her and celebrating a life well lived.
