i mean yeah. if you want a game to live long, you're much more likely to succeed if the game is easy to build a community around.

its not hard to beat the competition when all you need to do is stand around and not shoot yourself in the foot.
its good to recognize both their ups and downs.
some of my favorite games are made by them, and their customer service has a good reputation. but they are by no means without flaw
