Do Democrats have a list of crimes that the Executive Branch and the Pentagon have committed under Trump? Will they prosecute those crimes when in the majority? Impeachments and court martials must be completed to bring the rule of law back. But I expect they'll fudge it as usual.

The thing about principles is that they are universal or are not principles. If a "criminal" President can be violently arrested before found guilty in a court, then what follows for a CONVICTED felon who is also a President? Trump and DOJ are simply hypocrites. Jesus judged them harshly.

Sorry Lawrence O'Donnell. You contradicted yourself about motives of Senators. You said Senators from Nevada and Virginia had to protect the citizens of their states. But then you lauded Senators that had the COUNTRY's interests at heart. The coming health care crisis will dwarf Nevada and Virginia.

But then you lauded Senators that had the COUNTRY's interests at heart. The coming health care crisis will dwarf Nevada and Virginia.
After Senate Dems caved, I am now officially leaving the Democratic Party. We have protested in the streets, donated food and money to help SNAP recipients. Sacrificed for what? So Senators can get their Thanksgiving vacation flights? We won the SNAP court case so why not wait for SCOTUS ruling?

If Alina Habba was fired by the federal judges, why don't they just refuse to allow her to practice in their courtrooms? If she insists on showing up, then hold her in contempt and move to disbar her. Stop warning about contempt charges and apply the damn law!

Another shameful ruling from SCOTUS bigots. Religious freedom cannot include racism, bigotry, misogyny, child abuse, or any of the hateful fantasies of superstitious people. We need to save our youth from such ignorance and provide public education about real life, including science and equality.

I'm a bit disgusted by NATO secretary Mark Rutte's brown-nosing with Trump today. Seen it too many times while working in corporations. Show respect to POTUS, yes, but guffawing? Defense is serious and 5% is onerous. US spends only 3.5% but on its own industries!

Big stupid bull is not just about the budget. Why is there no major criticism in the news or Internet feeds from our Democratic Senators to strip EVERYTHING out of it that is not directly related to spending? The bill should be DOA as only budget reconciliation can move forward.

The irony of the LA protests is the people are trying to get the laws enforced, while law enforcement is trying to bypass those laws. Officers on horseback that beat people sitting on the ground should be fired. They are sick and must be removed from any possibility of hurting others.

Let's call Supreme Court rulings that support due process as wins for democracy, not losses for Trump. Too many reports are framed around Trump, Republicans and/or MAGA, when they are actually good news for real people and should be framed that way. Trump is relevant but not the real issue.

Trump got 49.8% (more than Harris but not a majority) of the popular vote and immigrants are not receiving due process which is a requirement for legal definition of deportation, at least in this country. Democrats should be pointing this out to the public, never allowing MAGA to redefine truth.
