... but there's the conspiracy part of my brain that is like "If I DID find a new job it wouldn't have been as busy.... and it is kind of my fault some people are sick". THERE IS NO REAL EVIDENCE FOR EITHEF OF THESE THINGZ.

I don't even think it's a neuro-divergent/ typical conversation here. Some people on both sides are very good at gaslighting.
