i believe this is my favorite volume out of all vols because it highlights more the conflict of the present rather than bringing back the past event

the different perspectives honestly added to the building mystery of the book but overall, i only like it when the roles were reversed in the end. that's all

look, the book was interesting but the characters were not likeable as it is. i particularly didn't like tetsuya because he's extremely misogynistic, along with female characters who tend to excuse his disgusting point of view. rui kinda lacks as well (she only got relevant at the end)
