On the workbench today. Establishing the distal taper, later adding a slight convex portion above the main cutting edge. Took me a few knives/years to get it right.

I actually specialize in kitchen knives. The laws in Germany are now so strict when it comes to carrying knives. However, this blade complies with the regulations. No more zombie apocalypse knives 🤣
