Randomly met #President Joe Biden in #WashingtonDC while here for a conference. He, as usual, was kind, personal, and humble. We (the President and I) also called Bob again, and they thanked each other for their service. Another unforgettable encounter with #JoeBiden and it was an honor!

The President's press conference is appalling. People died. People lost loved ones. This incident is tragic, & so is his response. Those lost, and those who love them deserve better. We all do.
