I have ptsd and I fully understand that. My doctor and therapist told me I have to push for a better sleep schedule. Even if it means getting maybe 3 hrs of sleep one day. :/ It sucks!

Yeah, I've been trying really hard to make more friends and be more social, but it's very terrifying. Especially with how chaotic the world's been getting. 🖤
