LA isn’t kind to people that don’t have connections and money. You can have all the talent in the world, but it doesn’t mean a hill-o’-beans without some capital. Those that make it are set, the majority of us have to leave to keep growing.

DO NOT DO IT. Unless you got a contract that lasts a YEAR OR MORE that can support you financially, I wouldn't do it. Los Angeles is TERRIBLE for creatives and artists that want to start a career here. California in general is bad to start a business without a ton of capital.
