Around 2021 I started researching what it would take to make my own fursuit. In Nov 2022 I joined Catzero's discord, and saw behind the scenes how they make theirs. I watched many fursuits be born before I started mine. So surreal to see them IRL when I went to Furum! Very cool!

First time testing all the electronics! There are 8 UV LEDs, 2 60mm Noctua fans and a 40mm Noctua fan in the head. They were going to have wireless switches but I cooked the one I had soooo, 5 into 1 harness it is! Running to 5V USB.

I am so close to being done yet so far away. I still gotta do the neck, nose, wiring harness, LEDs, the eye liner, and finish trimming the markings, but he now has teefs and some hair!

The effect is exaggerated by the phone camera's limitation, it does not glow the UV fur this brightly, but it does make the eye glow like that in the darkness when the florescent light is turned on

I made the eyes. Eyes are designed by @luckyscout.bsky.social! These are done with UV reactive ink. I can't wait to get these on the magnetic bases!
Orange and black eyes which have been dye sublimated onto PC mesh with a black background. The top half of the eye is dark and has a gloss effect. The bottom half has a yellow to orange red gradient that starts yellow at the bottom to orange red at the top half.

Hey! I have a really hard time asking for help but I just had to get the brakes done on my car and it ended up being way more than I can afford right now. The calipers had to be replaced and caused the bill to jump to just shy of $1,000.

Sewing small thing make my hair go gray but it sure do look nice
