Thats a raised intersection!? They are supposed to be a big speed bump, they just made the road elevation higher.. sigh

I ride this a lot and the bump from the cyclepath down to the road at Inchbury is enough to throw you off going over 25kmh. Should have been a continuous sidewalk/ cyclepath.. ergh.
