I’m the same way actually, but sometimes even when I prepare it doesn’t work well, so sometimes when I get back home I’m exhausted and I fall asleep in my chair. I have PTSD and ADHD. It’s not easy but I just don’t let myself stop doing my best. I’m glad it worked out for you. 😊

Well that’s a positive outlook. Do you have a list ready? Lists don’t have to be boring. I know sometimes they can be but there are fun ways to do it. You can also draw on it. For me I thrive on structure.
