In a world where genetic manipulation can result in viable organisms with phenotypic traits similar to those of extinct species, it would seem far more beneficial to focus on the preservation of those that are currently at risk of extinction, and to do so in meaningful ways.

I’m concerned about the starkly unbalanced amount of effort between an authoritarian simply demanding unconstitutional change and the massive amount of work required to litigate against it. How does one stop a chaos machine?!
